Have you ever benefitted from any of Sasha Shulgin's chemical creations? Do you wish you had some way to give back to someone whose life's work had done so much good?
Sasha Shulgin has been in declining health since a stroke last year. He requires around-the-clock caregivers to remain at home with Ann. Medicare only covers so much, unfortunately, and the family also had to absorb the expense of his only son Ted dying of cancer recently. If you have the ability to contribute, please do so. Any amount helps! May your generosity be returned to you threefold ♥
Please send your financial support to Sasha and Ann now. - Please only give if you have surplus... (i.e. until it feels good, not until it hurts) - Please spread and promote this request. Thank you. ~ gregM (Team Shulgin)

Chemical CREATIONS? I thought they just tested/categorized stuff in the pihkal/tihkal (?)
I'd donate some either way, those books were legit.

oh dude?! You didn't know that shulgin created literally hundreds of new psychedelic drugs and tried them on himself, his wife, and his friends - even after reading those books!? You should definitely stop everything you're doing and watch the documentary Dirty Pictures...

See, that term pedo gets thrown around a lot.
Is a 16 year old guy having sex w/a 16 year old girl a pedophile?
If not, then how is a 30 year old considered a pedophile for doing the same thing?
I think y'all need to look up the definition for pedophile.

He did. He didn't create MDMA, but discovered the empathetic qualities of it's use. I wonder how the world would be different now if mdma had not left the therapists offices.

I watched the vidja yesterday and enjoyed it. The pace was kind of weird but whatever. Seeing the different techniques of synthesizing, like in the clean cut labs, was really cool to see. Makes me want some 2c's again

Yep, pretty much everything in both Tihkal and Pihkal were discovered and first synthesized by Alexander Shulgin.
2 of my most prized books. Especially since I wouldnt be surprised if someday they were taken out of print

Yeah I have mad respect for Alexander Shulgin. Dudes a legend in the psychedelic community.
