I tried it for the first time last night, good dreams and I feel so well rested. I could almost go back to bed and sleep all day!

I like it so far, I don't have much trouble sleeping normally but last nights sleep was awesome. Dreaming is better than drugs sometimes.

yeah, i think taking it as a supplement is supposed to regulate your own production of the hormone. haven't really looked into what it does exactly.
i've always been an insomniac and for a while pot helped. but this year it's been ridiculous, getting 2 or 3 hours of sleep a night for weeks. melatonin seems to be helping a lot and i agree with hanky, dreams are much more vivid.
i also like the feeling right before i fall asleep. it's like i'm coming in and out of consciousness a couple of times and then bam, i've slept for six hours straight. and that never happens unless i'm really fucking drunk.

I got some awhile back but haven't taken it yet. Sounds like it's worth a shot.
Does it help with opiate-induced sleep problems?

I only use it in emergencies now. I've been using it for a couple years and any time I use it now I have to bite off pieces of the pill. If I eat the whole 3mg pill I'm wide awake about 6 hours later. If I do it everyday, I sometimes don't fall right to sleep or have problems falling asleep and wake up during the night and then end up waking early.
I also been using some sominex with dihyphydramine or whatever the fuck it is lately for my last few bouts of insomnia.
I wish I had some Ambien, though.
