I don't get how anyone could do those. I did them when I was 12 and I passed out and choked on vomit. The taste of that shit is GROSS. If I am not mistaken, the high feeling is produced from lack of oxygen. It like replaces the oxygen you had.

When I saw those vidoes, I thought for sure she was told to say what she said by the producers of that show.
