Why does everyone seem to be so anti DXM ?
I mean yeah it does seem stupid for people to drink cough syrup but if they know what they are doing by getting the right kind whats the harm in it.
I have tried DXM a few times and I really enjoyed it, I dont know why everyone on here and the shroomery are always bashing it.

When I did it for the first time it was about 300mg and I felt awesome
it was like a great weed high with a drunk body feeling but I could still think and function perfectly

Yea i did about 16 robo pills. And a few sips for a robo bottle. I had a nice feeling. Not visuals. Just pretty fucked up/

ive done it a few times, i can only remember the times that i tripped balls and it was definately interesting, I hallucinated weird shit. Weird vibe surrounding the experience. The CCC's make me feel like my veins are on fire as well.

Been there, got the t-shirt, next, is how I feel about it.
The trip is pretty alright but it's the post-DXM brain damaged feeling & after effects I don't like. Higher-dose DXM fucked my head pretty good.
True there probably isn't much harm in doing the right kind of syrup/pills every so often, but keep in mind dissociatives themselves in general aren't the greatest for your brain. (stuff like K not excluded)
And the reason people bash it isn't only because it comes from a cough syrup bottle, but more so I think because it just truly isn't that great a drug when put up next to the competition. Lots of people leave it behind for better things and only did it when they were younger or couldn't find much else. There's some that enjoy it, but most don't care for it too much (myself included).

I guess its just different for everybody
my pupils weren't even dilated like the first time I took CCCs

i agree.
after DXM binge your brain feels fried, you feel dumber, and you feel slower. MANY people report this. do some research. it's a nasty drug imo. the hardest i've ever tripped has been on DXM though, crazy experience. drink two 4 oz bottles and you'll be on a different planet. make sure you get the kind with ONLY DXM in it, do not take CCCs.

i wish i could find a link to the best documentation on it, no bullshit, real facts and research, it's not as 'safe' as you might think it is.
from what i remember: the syrup has a lot of sugar in it, can make you become diabetic if you abuse it daily (yes you can get sugar-free syrup).
there are a host of other problems it causes. it's definitely not good. the best thing to do would be to do an extraction or buy pure DXM powder. and don't ever go over a gram, but some people are hypersensitive to it. so always do a VERY low dose first. (most of the problems are for people who abuse DXM regulary.)
keep it a special occasion drug if you value your mind and body. i won't touch the shit anymore.

people bash DXM because it's bad for both your mind and your body. And I'm not just talking about CCC's. Even the pure robo is bad for your pancreas and kidneys in the doses required for recreation.

ketamine gave me more euphoria, but i did not enjoy the drip one bit (i snorted it). i did 100 mg the first time and around 250-300 mg the second time. did not like it.
dissociates are not for me.
