multi-vitamins (not from gnc) - animal packs
thinking of getting hgh or roids
just started doing a 5+ day routine hitting up everything using isometric workouts where possible at least 1/3 of the time.
I dig it!

no-xplode is preworkout and so is superpump
cellmass and sizeon are both post workout
do you drink 2 drinks right before and right after each workout? or do you mix them?? seems kind of pointless to me.
my friend is taking superpump and sizeon right now and he loves them both. he is also taking a test boost, i can't remember which one.
glutamine is good, whey protein is good, animal packs are good.
