I agree, fuck microsoft. I broke my xbox, which is cool, I hate console games anyways. But I had my xbox live account active, on recurring payment. I called microsoft, and asked if they would cancel my xbox live subscription because I can't cancel it through my console...because it broke. I forgot what email I made the account with, it was some bullshit email I made up to use for xbox live. I knew my player name though. And my account should of been registered to my name....and I was the fucking card holder, so that should of been enough information to cancel my account.
Someone from india is helping me. I tell him my situation, so the fucker tells me to get on my xbox to cancel my subscription. I just told him I broke my xbox  . He asked my email, I told him that too...that I do not know what email I registered with. So he puts me on hold, comes back on, asks if I am sure I don't know the email. Hold again, comes back, tells me theres nothing they can do.
So I did a stop payment on the xbox live account, that cost a little each month but at least those cock suckers at microsoft are not getting my money.

Just bought a 360 last week and have been playing for a few days. I bought some fans and shit but returned them since they scavenged the power from the unit itself through either usb or tapping directly onto the xbox power cord. I bought this Intec stand with two fans and also a rear Intec turbo cooler with three fans that both run off a separate power cord of the interwebs. So hopefully that will keep it alive for the time being.
