any of you shits ever lived in one? i looked at a few today that are in my price range and stuff but i just don't know if i wanna risk havin a dickhead live next to me. thoughts?

I am going to be staying with a friend in a duplex for school come September...
It is a really nice place, a lot bigger than I imagined.

that's what i was thinkin. i did find an apt yesterday that i would be on the top floor but have nobody below me cus it's the laundry room. decisions decisions

yeah the ones i looked at had more room and were less money. a little older but not really much more than the place we're in now. all the houses on campus are super traditional old school stuff

I love those kind of houses. I took my first acid trip in one and the house was so open and interesting to walk around in.

duplex's r alright.
i've lived in a couple.
u shouldn't worry about neighbors cuz it's just like any other setup.
it's not like u share the same living space.
