I just threw down about half a bottle of McCormick poppy seeds in my garden. Ya recon i will see any results or is it wayy to late?

If you would have just searched "mccormicks" you would have your answer :P
yes u will see results, their cultivar may or may not have a high alkaloid content. www.fsre.nl for seeds from proven stock :P

I no that the seeds are opium poppy. But is it too late in the year to be throwing down seeds?

that's a myth, they wash the dirty opium stuff's off of them, that's about it, they don't sterilize the seeds.

put them in good soil, not shitty soil.
they like to be shallow seeded, in sandy soils.
