yea, its still not like that around here, but I took a trip to Phoenix not that long ago & it tripped me out, every freakin gas station almost has pipes for sale, especially meth pipes

But depending on the corner store you go to (smaller towns in particular), some have straight up crankpipes like the one in the smiley ->
