Yeah, I definitely plan to see it sometime while its in theaters. Looks like a very interesting take from the previews (especially Ledger's Joker)

I remember seeing Star Wars epidode three on dvd weeks before it came out in theaters. Also, one of the Lord of the Rings movie. That one wasn't a download though, it was an actual physical screener dvd.

yah, those leaks can be ok. Sometimes they're still unfinished films though. I remember buying a black market copy of MIB and the CGI wasn't finished at all. All the CGI in the film was just these blocky wire frames.

I can see how that can be annoying. The screener dvds usually have that black line at the bottom saying "this copy is owned by: blah blah blah" followed by the moving numbers (I guess so theater owners can say which parts they don't approve of). Those are usually cut out if a copy hits the internet, but they can be kinda annoying to watch.

yah, pans labyrinth and the fountain had those bars on the bottom when i first downloaded them. Made it a bitch with labyrinth because it blocked out the subtitles.

If you're using the inline image browser that the shroomery installed, first click on the pic to zoom in, then click on the box in the bottom right to make it "actual size." It'll still be a little fuzzy since I saved it as a gif, but it'd be readable.
