Good question. He was seriously considering it before all this shit happened but now he doesn't want to... as if he needs their approval. Now he has even more reason to move out.
I don't think he wants to burn any bridges in case he can't afford living away from home.

Is he going to college? If not tell him to get a FT job and make bank and get a cheap apartment. If he is going to college I can understand though.

I honestly think he should go to community college for a year or two, but he'll probably end up going to public university.

Fuck them regardless. And maybe look into a technical college. University is much more expensive.
Unless you have parents or someone that'll pay. Then take the university. Create a list of chem. lab stock, then PM me.

why quit? Just buy some synthetic urine and give them that to test. It's not like they're going to send the shit off to a lab, if they want to spend the 30 bucks on a basic 5 panel let em do it. Doesn't mean you have to stop, there are plenty of ways around home tests given by clueless parents.

Is this kid fourteen?
Even better question, are you fourteen?
If so, to either, then don't hang with the kid until you have your, (respective), alabi's. And be smart.

That's exactly what i'm thinking.. if he is going to comply with these fucking rules, he shouldn't be able to chill with us.
My friends just invited me to smoke some nugs and watch master killer (greatest fucking kung-fu movie of all time - sampled by wutang a lot). I'm thinking sobriety is overrrated.

This is completly insiane. Im sorry, but id tell my friend that this is HIS problem. I would have nothing to do with it. He needs to square this away himself, then i would hang out with him. Next they will start searching you, or call your parents. Who knows, you could go over there one day to find cops ready to search everyone because of a tip off. Fuck that. This is not your problem. I know he might be your friend, but you are not obligated to deal with his shit if it is this stupid.
You might be best friends, but he needs to take care of this problem and leave ALL of his friends out of it. There is NO WAY in hell i would piss in a cup to hang out with someone. There are way to many issuse there, and i garentee that would not be 'the end of it'. He needs to get the hell outta there, or clean up and be a good litle church boy his parents want him to be. Im all about being your own person, but when you live with parents like that, it's either GTFO or change for them. I would GTFO.
I moved out of my parents house the day i turned 18. They would call the cops on me for staying out late, then send me to juvy for the weekend. they woudl piss test me, and search my room. They also forced me to go to a church that resembled more of a cult than anything. They thought i would be dead in weeks. Im 28 now and i have my own house, a wife, and 3 kids. I still smoke weed and do other things. The propiganda they were put through as kids, and mixed with their parents raising them with the inability to think for themselves, made me realize they were stright brainwashed by the system. There is no hope in trying to go along with those parents, there will be no end of it.

don't know if anyone else has said this but...
don't quit if you don't want to. all you have to do is drink a ton of water before the test, some B vitamins (i forget which one exactly), and maybe some creatine depending on how good their test is. easy as cake.
or buy that fake urine everyone else has been talking about.

if it's someone buying a home test kit, they're nothing more then glorified dip strips. Like i said before, i highly doubt these parents would send the shit off to a lab. You know how expensive it is to run lab tests for drug analysis? The dip strips are easy to beat since it doesn't detect anything but drugs. This means a few drops of bleach will mask any drug in your system. You won't have to worry about PH levels, or specific gravity, like you would with a job or probation UA.
Home tests are super easy to beat especially if you're not being watched.
In all honesty though, i'd tell the kids parents to fuck off.
