All those plants will be murdered this weekend. Do I feel like a pos about it? Yes, but I've been slacking on watering them anyways so I'd be doing them a favour instead of making them suffer.

My little outdoor plot is about ready for harvest. I'll be breaking out the big stereo stereoclave soon for canning the corn, and will probably end up pickling a lot of the peppers and cucumbers.
I also have pole beans and pumpkins getting established for the last few months before first frost
Sorry about your garden. If you're growing anything psychoactive, feel free to start a grow log or just start a thread in Other Growables to show off your projects.

Just haven't been in the mood so I completely neglected them and it's starting to show. I got so many zucchinis, tomatoes and jalapenos already and I haven't even used any of it which is sad. I'll share a pic of the harvest tmrw.

Stupid death vine too. Whoever planted that shit deserves a kick in the face. It's plagued the entire area.

Yeah. No one knows what plant species it is so that's what we call it in the neighborhood.

Is it in the pics you uploaded?
The previous owner of our place planted a lot of invasive species that I've been trying to get rid of. The wisteria was 20+ years old and required days of digging and chopping to get the main crown removed. The 5 or 6 Russian sage plants had starting cloning under the ground, so I had to hand-till the plot with the corn and sunflowers, and rake out as much of the rhizomes as I could find. This entire season has been spent controlling the new shoots of wisteria and Russian sage that pop up every couple of days.
I'd like to eventually convert all of the bare ground out here to either veggies or native flowers and pollinator-attracting plants. We already have several new native plants established, and a small water fountain for the wildlife, and our back yard is doing a lot better than it did last season when we bought the place.
I'll be putting up a bird house, mason bee house, and bat house next year.

Bittersweet & Winter creeper are both common invasive vines we have had to deal with which could be what you have but hard to tell by pictures. Cutting at ground level, treating stems with herbicide and then physical removal followed by continued pulling or cutting of new sprouts plus herbicide will eventually destroy it if you are peristent over a few years.
Bittersweet is spread by birds that eat the berries

This vine produces pretty white flowers. There's no getting rid of it. I can till the soil 3ft down and it comes back in a couple weeks. My neighbour redug their whole garden, used layers and layers of landscape fabric. Came back in a month.
Yeah, that's it in the pics on the ground mostly.
