Damn Im sorry paw! If you didnt have heart problems Id tell you to go to mix some robo and sunny d! its awesome shit, cured my cold right away!! For lunch i had leftover pizza, got some chicken breast baking now gonna slice it up for the rest of my leftover pizza. Some day im going to kill myself on bisquick chicken as soon as i work up the courage to try making it once

I don’t have heart problems except back in 2014 I got out of rythum
I do have high blood pressure but I take medicine for it
The Pho restaurant delivered me soup and spring rolls
I got most of the Covid symptoms behind me now
My lungs still burn and headachey

I haven't tried pho yet. Every time I have the money to try it I forget it exists
Lol pa maybe the robo d could work a little for ya then! Just be careful! Maybe measure out like only 3 or 4 cups of robo, then add Sunny to that. You won't notice you have a cold  also gives ya little buzz kinda like ketamine and morphine..
LAST THING I ATE eating eggs, sausage and toast with cola n coffee

The craziest person I've ever witnessed was this old wrinkly dude from Vietnam who can run up a wall and do backflips and took down some 20 some year Olds as a demonstration (he was the grandmaster of my little brothers dojo) ever since then I've known its possible to stay crazy strong into old age. So whatever diet they have has got to be good for you....
Side story: I was with my dad there. He was always in the military(he died in 2018 new years, RIP dad) but anyway one time they found out he was in military(Army)and asked him to come up and demonstrate how he defended himself in wartime.....fuckin dad....walks up, pulls out imaginary gun, yells BANG BANG BANG BANG and fake shot their faces off and sat back down

Hmm noted! Yall didnt say last thing you ate!! I just had a salad bar sslad, iceberg, spinach, sunflower seeds, tomato, some other things it was boring. More cola and coffee for course work.
