My biggest one was to just get fuckin sober. But I already done that. One the 2nd of Jan. it'll be one month stone sober, No alcohol or tobacco! (with the exception of a scoop of kratom every day for the first week or two to help with cravings)
Pretty damn proud of myself, feels different this time around
And paw has inspired me. I've been working out sparsely to try to build up muscle the past few weeks. I didn't realize how outta shape I was. I can't do two sets of squats with just the bar without feeling jelly legs the next few days. I can only do one pullup. Fuckin pathetic. Thats gon change this next year

Been off since Halloween except on blacked out drunken night at a wedding which really helped me realize I don't ever want to be addicted to Nicotine again

I haven't thought much about it but if anything I think I just want to make less to do lists and just do more things, but I suppose if I made that a resolution it would be rather self defeating. I suppose I wanna go at least one more year without letting some dumb hoe step on my heart again.

Alcohol and fireworks. Nothing too exciting. I don't do drugs anymore.

Eat better. Not to lose weight -- but just eat better and more healthier. Less (way less) processed stuff. More natural. Less salt (I love salty foods).
Get back to real exercise. Regularly.
Get out out more instead of staying at home on weekends just so I can drink alone and watch my fav shows...I gotta stop doing that.
I just want to look back after the first quarter of the year and feel a lot better and cleaner about my health.

I got tons of resolutions, none are really new years resolutions
I started a carnivore diet around Jan 1st so maybe that?
Staying sober (only nicotine and coffee), last drug I took was coca tea early October was my last cup
Stop doing my will and start doing Gods will (stop thinking and acting negative and bad things and start being positive and good, morbidness and self-critism are big ones for me)
Do more service/volunteer work
I need to work on UNITY, I'm a major autistic introvert, I need to work with others
