tinos brand frozen burritos im sure youve seen them theyre like 60c,
throw one of those in toaster oven, flip it once, then microwave it, makes them a lot better, gives them crunch

I made some beef bone broth last night, and today I used it to make some Guiness beef stew.
Its pretty good

A breakfast smoothie thing that I used to make in high school:
1/4 cup of rolled oats
A big scoop of peanut butter
half of a banana, peeled and frozen
1 cup of whole milk
A few ice cubes
Blend it up, drink/chew it.

It's a pretty big smoothie as-is, and the flavor can be easily overpowered with more banana. You could use a whole banana if you wanted to though, it's not gonna hurt anything.
