I'm normally up by 5:30, but I'm on MST 
When I was working on the east coast, I worked four 10s, and would wake up at 4:30.

That's awesome. I've been a night shift worker my entire life. This is oy the second time in my life where I have to get up early. I can do it thought. Just the first week of transitioning sleep pattern sucks lol

yeah not getting sleep sucks just as bad I'm sorry man. Hope you get better sleep tonight.. since I have all damn day now I'm probably going to finish cleaning my garage then start working on my gmas spare car( going to replace cv axles, tie rod ends, and ball joints) so her sister in law can have a reliable vehicle and she will pay me even though I said it wasn't necessary.(I just got the tie rod ends and ball joints in the mail yesterday)

Oh the company im going to work for also paid for the special ESD shoes I had to get and I even got to go choose. The ones this shop had were all brand new models of shoes. After talking to the nice guy he ultimately recommended the new timberlands so I went with them. They are actual pretty comfy.
