These stanley french presses are badass.

I normally wouldn't have gotten something like that for myself, but it was a gift, and a damn good one. Use it everyday. It's makes about a mug and a half worth of coffee. So its perfect for me. Keeps everything shit hot. Almost works too good. A lot of time I'll make coffee the night before, and It'll be the perfect warm temp for drinking in the morning. If I make it when I wake up it takes about two seconds to prep. I'll usually leave the lid off whenever I get to where I'm going to let the darn thing cool. But I know some of you old fucks can drink boiling fucking coffee so it might not be an issue.
Highly recommend. Fuck paying for someone elses coffee. I get a brand called "Don Pedro". Fucking two bucks a can. Good Shit too, Can't beat it.

"The essence of your mind is not born, so it will never die. It is not an existence, which is perishable. It is not an emptiness, which is a mere void. It has neither color nor form. It enjoys no pleasures and suffers no pains.
"I know you are very ill. Like a good Zen student, you are facing that sickness squarely. You may not know exactly who is suffering, but question yourself: What is the essence of this mind? Think only of this. You will need no more. Covet nothing. Your end which is endless is as a snowflake dissolving in the pure air."

I started developing some RLS a few months ago. Just feeling like you gotta jump outta your fuckin bed when you're trying to lay down to go to sleep. Like I needed to flail my legs around, like you have to move.
I always thought it was bullshit, just an excuse to call bouncing your leg up and down something during dinner. It is truly miserable, especially when it starts affecting your sleep. I had no idea.
after a week of hoping it would go away on its own I picked up a bottle of iron supplements from walgreens. About the same time I started working out. I think oxygenating my body and getting moving, expending energy, probably helped more than the iron did. Then again I cant definitively say.
Start swinging around a kettlebell. I haven't felt this good in a long time. Those little iron tabs are puny and you only need one a day. I haven't taken them in a few weeks and I've been sleeping normally again.
Can't swear by that kettlebell enough, just get a 35lb and get some oxygen in your brain, really work your legs out.
