Be careful with overwatering in the seedling stage. Damping off (a form of mold that attacks the stems at the root line) is a killer. Once you see the first set of true leaves the soil surface should remain fairly dry and you should go several days between watering and then water until 10% outflow is achieved. A fan blowing below the canopy is always a good idea imho. Intermittent watering promotes root growth which will support big plants into maturity. Cannabis is pretty hardy.
