Judo is more of a martial art than a sport. If you don't know much about Judo try YouTubing Judo Highlights and you can see the best of the Judo. I am a big Judo fanatic. I am good at handling aggression and setting up the unbalance for a throw but I don't know all the throws to execute. Be careful it is dangerous to practice.

For some reason I've watched more Olympics this year than I ever have before. Like I'm not really locked in and paying a ton of attention (although some of the swimming competitions have had some good drama) but I've had it on a ton in the background.
