It's progress anyways. Possession of up to a pound is only a $25 fine. Things will likely get better as legalization progresses. Here in Michigan we used to have to transport our meds in a locked box in the trunk.

At least you can grow some plants! 4 plants leaves much to be desired (Michigans limit is 12, up to 72 for caregivers), but it's a step in the right direction. You can produce quite a bit of weed with 4 plants in the right room, which is why I found this bit funny;

"The bill’s senate patron, Sen. Adam Ebbin, D-Alexandria, said he didn’t have a good answer, but doubted many would-be cultivators would successfully grow more than an ounce." :smbfacepalm:

Clearly senator Adam doesn't have much faith in home growers.
