 Flowering Stage Week 4: Did I Defoliate too much?

Hey guys, so things are moving along very nicely with my three plants on my first grow. Throughout this grow, I have tried to stay aware of trimming and topping and all that, however, considering it was my first grow I have felt slightly insecure about if I am executing the techniques properly. Now that my plants are in their 4th week of flowering, they look beautiful and I have defoliated so that other bud sites can receive light and air flow. I have removed a few of the big fan leaves at the top as well and am not 100 percent sure if i should have. Have i defoliated too much and from the wrong spots?

probably fine, it's been a couple days now can you post update pics? i recommend looking into LST for next grows. use that net a bit more.
