It's not too late, but it will be difficult to clone at this stage. If you have your cloning system worked out, you'll have a higher chance for success, but if you're still relatively new to cloning I'd try to reveg first.

You may want to look for a reveg guide, but I believe the basics are as follows;

Harvest the plant but leave a few branches with buds.

Trim the roots back and repot in fresh mix.

Set lights to 24/0 and wait for about a month.

You should be able to reveg, and eventually get some clones off her this way.
