I have a few grow seasons under my belt, but first time with a tent. Set up a 4 x 4 for flowering in a detached garage that has many windows that I don't want to cover. I have an overkill 6" vortex fan turned to low being exhausted out of the building. The concern is blocking light intrusion during lights off from the round intake vents, I don't have any more foil hose on hand to make a long intake run, was wondering what other ideas to block light and still have max intake flow, possibly without using a intake pusher fan. Thanks for any help!
Yeah thats kinda what I have temporarily, a couple black 3 gal pots with several square holes in them hovering over the holes. Maybe thats good enough. Thanks for your reply. Just wasn't sure if I was missing something else more solid or common. Suppose most ppl have their tents in a light controlled area.
Perhaps buy a sheet of carbon. They make them for aquariums and you can buy them on Amazon. You could put it in the hose to block the light. They are porous, so air can flow through easily.
