Hi,
I wasn't too sure if this was better off in the cultivation section or here as I wasn't really asking any direct question; my bad if this type of question isn't welcome here.
Brand new to the cannabis community, and honestly have no idea where to start. I'm well acquainted with the myco community and came here kind of hoping for a beginner section so I could do some research knowing I was following proven methods without picking up misinfo or doing something stupid like wasting money on a kit. I'm not looking to be spoon fed at all, just looking for some solid info on where to start my reading.
I did use the search engine, but am a bit weary about old posts. I know how quickly what's considered trusted info can change on the side, and simply don't know how to go about vetting sources. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks a ton in advance.
edit- planning on going indoor with a small tent to start if that makes a difference in where I should start. If books on the subject are a suggested resource, I'm more than open to picking a few recommended ones up.

You are in the right place!

Learning to love life by living through loss and mistakes
Lessons learned then gradually surfacing, Letting go, stripping naked to scream
I am not perfect nor do I strive to be, I am alive in this world of face first falls and public breakdowns
I'm a retarded, disfigured clown
Dying to be heard through the simple art of letting this heavy wall finally fall
I'm an equal being of no race, or color, a hallucination if you will
Sneaking into the lives of strangers, and letting them fall apart to a new rhythm just to feel better

Ill spoon feed you all the good info. This site seem like it has died so lets try and bring some life to it. The only reason why its not that active is because people arnt posting enough to keep peoples interests.
So some books you should look into are TLO Growing by the Rev I would start with this book and would then go to Teaming with microbes/ Teaming with nutrients/ Teaming with fungi I would go in that order as well. These book will give you some basic knowledge about growing organic, in my opinion Organic is the way to go. Your able to give it all the elements the plant needs, without breaking the bank unlike synthetic nutrients that can be pretty pricey and not to mention are bad for the environment. Feel free to hit me with a pm any time for more advice. Like i said Ill try and spoon feed you all the goodies so you dont have to read threw so many posts to find your answers.

Thanks for TLO recommendation.. I must find and read it to learn more, from the looks of it, sounds like a really interesting book.
