Yea man filing a support ticket is the best way to go. I had to do that at one point to get my old shroomery account unlocked, and if you're calm and respectful and explain the situation, then the admins may cut you some slack.

I went back and looked up my support ticket from 2014 on that.
Date of ticket submission was March 7th
Date of first response was April 23rd
So the wait time for me was 47 days, or about 6.5 weeks.
