Grow tent cooler inside than the room its in?

Can someone slap me in the face with a big sweaty bag of science?
During lights out my grow tent is getting down to 64 inside, while the room that it is in stays between 70-72. Is this from the fan inside? Shouldn't the 70-72 degree air constantly moving through the tent keep the air inside closer to the same? Do black people really enjoy fruity flavors more than white people?

Whats the RH of the external room vs the internal tent air?
Also what device are you using the measure the internal vs external temps?

External humidity usually around 45-50%. Internal Im having troubles with due to too many plants...I thought that 6 would be fine but they are crowded as hell after the flowering stretch and I'm struggling to keep the humidity under 70% during lights out.
Measuring both with one of these, I know they're probably not the most accurate in the world but when they're side by side they're withing one degree of each other and the humidity readings from both are identical.

I would say you're getting evaporative cooling effects from the plants. If you look at a psychrometric chart, air at 70F (~21C) dry bulb temp and 45% relative humidity will drop to 62F dry bulb if water vapor is evaporatively added up to 70% RH. The difference between 62 and the measured 64 is probably hear transfer into the tent through the walls and a little waste heat from the fans.
Think of it like a swamp cooler.

Makes sense, thanks. I put a small space heater in there connected to a thermostat so my lights out humidity is a little lower than it was but there's no way in hell I can get it down between 40-50%. Hopefully I dont have any bud rod or mold issues.

A dehumidifier might do the job, but it'll cost a few hundred dollars, will generate a decent amount of heat and liquid water that you'll have to drain somehow.

I have a couple small dehumidifiers in the tent that dont give off heat but also dont remove much moisture (think they're called passive?), I dont have the space in there for a real one. I considered running a real one in the room my tent is in, but really dont want to heat this room up because I sleep in there. Do you think spraying the girls down with Serenade regularly as a mold prevention technique would work? I've read that stuff is great at getting rid of mold issues but dont know about prevention. Plus spraying it would just increase humidity even more.

EPA Registration Document (PDF)
Looks like its approved for foliar application on tobacco, so I'd say it's safe to use on bud as well.
It looks like you only need to apply once a week. Since the active ingredient is a type of fungi-destroying bacteria, it should hang around between applications. It also appears to act better as a preventative measure than active treatment.
If you do decide to try it out, post the results. If you dont already have a grow log here, it a never too late to start one
