I bought me fresh and saltwater license and lined me poles today.
I am going to give it a go in the next few days if I get a chance.
Too bad that old bastard ain't here to weep.

They used to call me the Fish Master because I talked to fish and they would take my bait at will.

I'm going down yonder on the bay for mackerel. I will do my fresh water fishing in the summer in lakes or rivers.
My father left me some good rods. Many lake rods, a fly rod, and a few salt water rods that are bigger and with heavier test line.
I will need some better hooks and some fresh bait, I think.

I admit, I am no angler, but I am a fisher.
I did a lot of lake fishing in my life. Even hand fishing when holding string and just pulling it in. I caught catfish like that in the swamps of NC.
I don't mind eating crappie, bass, and catfish. I like the skin on the catfish too.
