perfume taste

I am newly returning to weed since the 1980s due to prohibition reasons.
I bought some weed at a dispensary - a strain named "black raspberry (from bodhi seeds)".

When I vape the flower is tastes like perfume or heavily of flowers.
For those of you with more (modern) experience; Is spiking weed with flavor a thing, or is it likely this weed just has lots of floral terps?

In the jar it just smells fucking awesome of fruity/perfumy weed.

yeah nowa days weed has very floral scents and can stimulate the taste buds giving way to the munchies.... neighbros can get bothered bevause of the strong smell and well the errors of the past seemed completely obious, states ogf high tension
