My medical marijuana card came in the mail yesterday!!!
Gonna hit up the dispensary on Monday

Congrats on getting your card! I got mine a few years ago and it definitely comes in handy.
I'd explore the dispensary's website if they have one. You can check out the menu and prices ahead of time, and sometimes you can get coupons!

Mine expired two months ago and I don't feel like renewing it again.
Where I live it costs $140 every year to renew my medical marijuana card.
I don't believe that I should be paying that much.
Thankfully my caregiver still sells to me even though he knows my card has expired.
I just can't go to dispensaries and buy any longer.

The prices at the dispensary are fucking retarded!
$15 for a gram and $360 for an ounce 
I bought 10 grams thru a friend for $100 that was WAY better than the $15 gram I got from the dispensary.
I don't see me using them very much unless their prices get below street prices.

OP have you thought of getting a caregiver?
That's what I have, they never rip you off and their prices are great and the quality of herb is excellent as well.
That's what I always do, I rarely go to dispensaries, I just buy though my caregiver.

They just opened up the dispensaries this year so I'm unsure of all the ins and outs of the system here in my state.

I thought since we were on the topic of medical marijuana cards, I thought that I should mention that I just got re-certified today!
It cost $140 to renew my medical marijuana license but it was worth it!
Right next door in the same building there is a great caregiver who was selling 8ths of dank purple bud (bruce banner) for just $17!
So I bought two eighths.
I gave one to my ride who picked me up after I was done and brought me back to my house (it was quite a distance away from my home).
Can't wait to try this!
I've never tried bruce banner strain.

bruce banner was sold at my club...although i prefer purple creeper and alpha blue....purple creeper does make me paranoid though and really calm...while alpha blue is a relaxed sativa as far as i know they are compatible... and also blueberry, this would be fairly dangerous though because it can wipe out totally any sense of right or wrong, so you are caught smoking in ur parents TV Room! (like i did)

I've never tried any of the other strains that you mentioned, but I simply love purple colored weed.
That was the primary reason I bought the bruce banner, that and it was only $17 an 8th.

dear OP do you have more than one dispensary in your area that you could visit?
Even though I live in a small town I have very many dispensaries within a five mile radius of where I live.
Or you could look into the caregiver option as discussed earlier...

There is only one close to me, and only 3-4 in the whole state right now.
I called about the caregiver situation and would have to find one myself since they don't have a list of caregivers yet.
They just opened up the first dispensaries last April, so we are still working on getting the program up an running.

My Doctors were telling me to use cannabis at least 15 years before it was legal here.
They know I use a dry herb vaporizer and edibles

well ur lucky then the only way i get medical pot was when i didn't tell them that i was going to clinic, but they signed it anyway assuming i needed it for some kind of wellness

In my state when you get your card, they take your second amendment.
