And I'll be purchasing my parents land in 1.5 years.

Learning to love life by living through loss and mistakes
Lessons learned then gradually surfacing, Letting go, stripping naked to scream
I am not perfect nor do I strive to be, I am alive in this world of face first falls and public breakdowns
I'm a retarded, disfigured clown
Dying to be heard through the simple art of letting this heavy wall finally fall
I'm an equal being of no race, or color, a hallucination if you will
Sneaking into the lives of strangers, and letting them fall apart to a new rhythm just to feel better

Thank you, sir. We are very much excited. 300k is quite a bit for Texas too. Your poor ghetto side houses are around 60k. But this here boy ain't poor no more.
With that being said, we are not shopping for 300k houses. Our too is 200k.

Use the money to buy a van and tools and start your own small company.

Yeah, 300k is a great loan in Texas, but 200k is all we are trying to spend.
Plugs? I got plugs. This is San Antonio.

So we put an offer on a house yesterday. The house itself is amazing. The seller added so much detail, but the backyard kinda sucks. It's big and has a patio, but there is nothing else, no trees.
We would have to do some landscaping and plant some trees.

It's great to see someone making progress towards their goals. Spending that money on the house sounds like an exciting plan too. It's always a smart move to seek expert advice when it comes to financial matters like loans and mortgages. You might want to consider reaching out to a Mortgage Broker in Dewsbury. They can provide valuable insights and help you navigate the process smoothly. I'm new here, and it's nice to be part of this forum. If you have any other updates or need further assistance, feel free to share. Wishing you all the best on your homeownership journey!

300k is laughable in California unfortunately. I've been considering buying a used class C RV and live out of that for a few years. I've been working remotely for a while now and live by myself. Just need Starlink and my laptop to collect my paycheck. Did some math and a conservative estimate could pocket 23k at least in the first year. Would be paying off the loan (under 25k) the first year also. So I'd save less in that year. But year 2-whatever is all gravy, at least 30k a year. Certainly beats paying $1800+ for a studio in Long Beach lmao.
