I've been told seeds are stronger growers than clones because they have a real tap root with a better root system. That said, I can't confirm it as I've never used clones. One thing I can pass on to you from experience working with seed. Don't expect the consistency you might from clones. Each plant will be different so you'll want to segregate them when harvest time comes. That way you can assess them each individually for quality when the time comes. Some goes into your secret stash, some you share with friends.

I just grow for myself and to give some away that i owe people.. so no biggy.. The thing i doint' get about clones is, it took over 2 weeks for my clone to root.. and it looks happy as hell in coir right now.. But honestly it doesn't seem that much farther along than if i had just started a seed..

Again, I'm not familiar with clones but I think the turn around time to harvest is faster with clones than seed grown of the same strain. I budget about 120 days from germination to harvest for my seed efforts, the plant getting the final say.

Flipping to flowering light cycle. Business got in the way and they got a little taller than I would have liked so topped the whole bunch. I'll see how that goes as I've never attempted that before. Otherwise, I'm happy at this stage. Will keep this updated.

Had things crop up and delayed flipping the ladies by about a week it appears. They're wanting to be way too tall for the tent. They've been heavily topped and I suspect I will be doing more before this run is done. Disappointing but a teaching moment I guess.

Giving my ladies their last supper. Water diet starts in 3 days. Giving them a week or two on that and then off with their heads.
