Spice is the fucking worst...I tried that stuff when I was subject to random piss tests. Got super nauseous most of the time and random bouts of tachycardia...never again.

I saw inmates smoke K2/spice, puke, fall in the floor and have a seizure, get up and smoke some more. Saw guys get butt ass naked and run around the barracks. Saw one guy jump off the top tier and break his neck. I have no idea why anyone would smoke that shit.
