Circular breathing is akin to filling, “your mouth with water and pushing it out in a stream using your tongue and cheek muscles. Next, breathe in and out through your nose while making the stream. Repeat step four but, before your lungs empty, fill your cheeks and mouth with air and inhale quickly and deeply through your nose.” Of course in this clip there is no water but the method applies the same principal using only air.
Try doing this with two didgeridoos and playing drums at the same time. In the background one can hear a bird call, it is that of an Australian Kookaburra family.
