Once you stop giving your plants fertilizer you don't need to adjust the PH of the water. A proper PH level is only needed for nutrient uptake.
I use a drain to waste rockwool and run only water for the last week before starting harvest.

I don't know how yall are cutting nutes so soon. Mine go full yellow after 2 days without nutes, but my runoff is under 700 ppm so there isn't any salt build up .
Hey op your plant looks like it needs a few more weeks of growing. 90% of the pistols should change color and retract before she is done. 15% sounds way to early, but it's your plant . Enjoy the rewards. The plant doesn't store nutrients, it stores sugar in the plant material. The nutrients never make it past the root zone. If I can find a decent link I'll post it up.

Ok so keep running nutes for a while then I guess just didn't want the dreaded grassy nitrogen taste or the crappy phosphorus sparking if not flushed properly do just a bit worried and no worries I'll keep growing her a few more weeks so when do I flush with water once 50% or 80% hair colour change ?

The grassy smell is chlorophyll not nitrogen. The sparkling is left over sugars both of them are from dry the bud to fast. Bud needs to be cured (fermented) there are enzymes that stay alive after the plant has died that finishes using the left over sugars and carbs that are left in the plant material. over a few weeks to months the smoke will smooth out and develop a more complex aroma.
I run nutrients up to the day they get chopped and my bud smokes great burns to a clean grey ash with no sparks pops or weird smells.

http://gh.growgh.com/docs/Feedcharts/GH_FloraSeries-DTW_03216am.pdf
All GH products for cannabis recommend one week of flushing before harvest.
As does advance nutrients products for cannabis http://www.advancednutrients.com/products/ph-perfect-connoisseur-grow-coco-ab/
Everyone has their opinions and I agree that aging is very important for good flavor but I like to take the advice of the professionals especially when they recommend doing something that lessens their profits and flush for the last week to improve the flavor even more. That is why I prefer clones that I have grown before in order to be sure how long they take to harvest so I can adjust the nutrients to their stage of growth and flush.

They are selling products not information. General hydroponics is set up to sell additives, they want u to buy all their products advanced is better but not by much. They are Comercial sellers of nutrient lines there main concern is making money Not your plants.
Just remember most of the weight is put on the last couple weeks of flower. It would be a shame to loose out on yield cause of some company that doesn't grow anything told you to. Just my opinion. Good luck on the grow

Too easy so I'm gonna run rock resinator for a few more days to a week then flush when ready as my fan leaves are yellowing as a sign of defic deficiency should u run more maxibloom or leave nitrogen out and just add rock resonator which is just p/k booster

There is no real proof or studies that say flushing even works. If you overfeed your plants flushing just removes built up salts in the soil it doesn't remove anything from the plant itself the roots can't work in reverse. Immobile nutrients can't be removed from plant matter mobile nutrients get move from the leaves to the growth sites (buds) . If you cut off nutrients you stress the plant and can cause hermaphrodite flowers to form as a last ditch effort to reproduce. If you have real proof post it up.
I've never used the stuff you have so I can't say either way. I'm done with the conversation unless someone has real proof it works. Have fun looking

If you flush with plain tap water you are rinsing the nutes out of the growing medium, forcing the plant to use up the sugars in its own leaves to continue the flowering process. This will yellow the leaves as the mobile nutrients are sucked up by your buds.
At least that is my understanding. YMMV
