400w hps in a 2x2x4 tent is going to be a bit much. Some of those new quantum boards would work good I think they are 1 inch thick with heatsink remote ballast. The right leds rock:gethigh:
The screw in led bulbs would be a better choice for lighting just take the plastic bulb part off. Good luck

Auto flowers are just that they auto flower when they get mature enough to support bud. It's a good thing. Time to pour on the light.

Hey guys this is my green love potion and it's about two weeks old. Some has appeared on the leafs but I can't distinguish what it is exactly.

What are you feeding her? Kinda looks like to much fertilizer.

Deficiency will usually show on older leaves first, she is nice and green so maybe the start of a little nute burn . Other than that she looks good man.

Your good man I get branches breaking all the time prop it up where you want it and let it ride. They usually heal up in a week or so, now if the leaves past the break start to wilt you may have a problem. These beloved plants we grow are pretty dam durable. Post up some pics let's see the carnage.

If I do any training I'll just crush the stem between my fingers and then just bend it where I want it. They will heal within 24 hour or less from crushing the stem sometimes I have to crush the same stem twice to get it to stay where I want it.

leaves [Re: White-widow-dave]

I have found trying to use leave stems to determine problems doesn't work good they tend to stay purple on a lot of strains. It almost looks like natural leaf die off. I usually don't get leaf die off till about 5-6 weeks flower, but if leaves get damaged they can die off . I wouldn't worry much unless more leaves die off.

The leaves look a little  spikey, tips curling up so I think your a little to hot on nutes.  I think it's just some old damaged leaves from training that died off. Mag deficiency will show on newer leaves first as yellowing between the leaf veins . If you watch your mid fan leaves before and after you feed you will notice the color and shape changes slightly, after awhile you will be able to read those leaves and know what she needs .

If you were running hydro I would say increase nutrients but your not hydro . I'm a hydro grower with limited organic knowledge that's why I don't give solid answers on some of your questions. she may just be on the verge of a lock out situation were flushing her may be all that's needed to bring the salt build up in the soil down to acceptable levels.

Or it could be lack of nutrients but I kinda doubt it but possible. I'm not sure when they hit stretch but mine get hungry around that time. I don't run a nutrient schedule I use the same strength solution from clone to harvest. I just have to maintain run off ppm under 700 and they are fine but if it's under 600 ppm I have to increase watering intervals to get it back up. As you can see I have a different growing style, it works good for me.

If there is any way for you to get a ppm pen that would be the best way to find the problem.

She looks pretty good man. I try to keep my runoff ppm just under 700 I feed with 680ppm nutrient solution. Plants will only take up nutrients that are with in the pH range of the soil so if the pH is high it will leave alot of salts in the soil.  Runoff is very important it not only lowers the ppm of soil but it also helps maintain pH . To many salts build up the pH won't stay stable and burn the roots which affects the plants ability to grow and produce.

Different brands recommend different ppm's they add a lot of shit that's not really on the label Most Of It Is Trace Elements And PH Buffers . I use Jacks hydro and calcium nitrate made by Jr Peters, it comes in 25 lb bags I think they offer smaller sizes but it's more expensive that way. It's like 100 bucks shipped and will make several thousand gallons.

That schedule looks crazy high but then again I've never used that brand . The only other nutrient brand I've used is maxi bloom by gh and it sucks. wish I had better advice for you on your nutrients but I've only been growing indoors for about 2 years now, before that it had been 15 years since I grew outdoors.

I doubt you kill it, I've burnt some up pretty bad before and haven't killed one yet. I don't check pH of runoff so I'm not much help on that I just check ppm of runoff .

Some plants handle nutrients differently some can take more that others . So you will probably have to adjust from what is on the chart, also low light levels require less nutes than high light levels. Even humidity has a effect on how the plants handle nutrients dialing in your environment can be a little tricky sometimes.
