main reason I am so confused is because my plant looks really healthy besides the leaves growing out of the bud are a really lime green.kinda look a little crispy in person like if light/heat stress but if it was that only the top colas would be affected and all colas are and only on clementine clones all other plants are doing okay jus a mild nutrient. reason y i think its jus a nutrient burn.all other leaves are green and healthy besides the ones near the buds.ill post pics below. thanks to everyone who gives me input and advise.

going by the burnt leave tips, and the little description you gave,
Im gonna say possibly potassium deficiency.

I've had similar looking problem before. I was feeding Monster Bloom it is very high in potassium and caused me a magnesium deficiency. I added 1/3cup Epsom salts to 25L of water. I had good results from this.
