Hear me out.
If you were to only eat Hemp seeds, raw leafs, buds, hempseed oil, and water.
How long do you think you could go   
Probably shouldn't have come to work today.
I'm gonna try it with the seeds and see how long it takes me to turn myself into a giant bud. I'll Crack ya off some of my fingers to smoke in celebration. Plants grow back, it'll just be like the fountain of youth I bet.

I'm gonna guess as long as you can survive on grass clippings, tree stems, and any other items that aren't toxic but have no nutritional value. A few weeks or so.

MAG! I'm super surprised you are not up on hemp seeds. They are a superfood, dude. You could literally live on those things (pretty much).
Hemp seeds: These little seeds give you the complete nutritional power of hemp with their blend of omega-3 and omega-6 fats, high fiber content, and quality amino acid profile. Hemp seeds are also high in magnesium, a mineral that helps with relaxation, blood sugar control, blood pressure, and potentially osteoporosis, and that is generally low in women. Three tablespoons of hulled hemp seeds gives you 10 grams (g) of protein, 14g fat (mostly coming from omega-3 and omega-6 fats), and 2g fiber.

Nah...I should keep on that crap but since I'd rather be dead then survive on seeds I don't pay attention to it. I've had plenty of people that want to know about medical strains and stuff but the only questions on seeds I get are typical and it's usually the same two subjects...."how do you make feminized seeds?" "how do you stabilize traits in the seeds?"
I'm also not sure if hemp seeds and the plants we grow (not considered hemp) have a difference in the food value of the seeds kind of like the plants we grow can't be used to make fiber products.
I'm gonna guess the seeds from hemp and smoke are pretty much the same

Hemps seeds are a great superfood as Drawde noted earlier, I think this would be a fun experiment to try out (not me) for the hell of it.
I already eat hemp granola and hemp milk nearly everyday and I feel awesome so far.

Honestly after laughing about this with some friends and here I might give it a shot. I'm a fatty anyway so I'm sure it wouldn't harm me lol.
I mean a week doesn't seem long enough to be a proper experiment, but a month seems like a long time to live off of seeds.
Fuck it, if I go for it I'll let you know. I already ordered a lb of seeds from Amazon because my friends didn't believe that they were even an actual food item you could buy lol.

If you took a multivitamin you could live on hemp indefinitely.
Now, consuming that many omegas for a long time would be less than healthy but it would be no immediate threat to your life if you are healthy to start.
I'd say a month would probably be doable. A week you will be fine.
