They're 15 days old.
How big do you expect them to be???
I mean really they're just starting to feed on nutes at this point.

3/4 of them have barely grown since they popped. First set of leaves only. Again, I've seen other people with similar setups with 1 300w LED and the plants are at least 3x as big.

Maybe I'm just being impatient. They are autoflower feminized seeds from a top seller

Another week at this rate and I'm just gona order an expensive 600w LED I guess

Try raising the light a few inches. Three to four should be enough
If this doesn't help, then I recommend looking at other areas of the environment before sending more money.
Also remember genetics are a bitch and all plants aren't created equal.
