I just went to search for the post where I mentioned this in the past, but I guess I never posted it. Well, I have my PM flair always on flair even without new messages. Been going on since the early Andy dynasty. I think I got banned for a long time and came back to that error.

I might guess you mean that your PM notification icon is flashing even if you don't have new messages? Please be a little more descriptive and I'll get it looked at.

I think I fixed it for ya, all I had to do was click the "Mark All Read" button in your inbox area and the notification icon disappeared.
