I don't know about you guys but I find the design of the site a bit dated. By design I mean the navigation. Other sites like ICMAG or Grasscity have inviting design, it's fresh and modern, our aesthetic is dated man.
How about making new members post a certain number of relevant threads before allowing them access to TSL?
Do we really need the Randomn link? I clicked it and it sent me to a random 4 year old thread, dafuq 
Is there a way we can combine the User List and Who's Online tabs into one?
Another suggestion would be to put the search bar somewhere less hidden. Most users read the screen left to right so it would be intuitive to have the search bar somewhere on the left side? Lower than the top right corner.

Do we really need the Best Post tab??

Good idea but then there would be this whole us vs. them vibe once people start posting ONLY in their prefered language.
