I realize this post is 98 days old, so sorry to revive a dead post, but I'm sure you moderators are always accepting input right?
I just have a couple suggestions. Get more sponsors, do networking with seed bank websites and trade links with them. Example, I found out about shroomery because when I was shopping for spore prints I always saw shroomery links and shroomery ads. But I rarely see a growery ad. Also I see a lot of the same shroomery sponsor ads here on growery, which is fine, but I think there should be more cannabis related ads than shroom related.
One more suggestion. Shroomery has a marketplace forum for trading spore prints and whatnot. Why not add a marketplace forum on here for trading seeds?
Other than that, I like the site. Before I became a growery user, I was on rollitup.org and they have a lot of users so maybe check them out for inspirations and ideas.

Oh yeah one more suggestion. Search engine optimization. Shroomery comes up on my shroom-related google searches every time. Growery not as much. I have a personal friend who makes a living doing SEO for companies' websites so PM me if you need someone to do that. He is very good at what he does. He also knows the cannabis industry well. Google is your friend

I think I could agree with that. There's lots of competition in the cannabis community. For shrooms on the other hand, theres not many. Shroomery and mycotopia are the only 2 i can think of. So they both became popular because that's all there is.
Idk if advertising growery on shroomery is worth it tho. Theres already a button on the menu bar leading to growery. Im pretty sure every shroomery user has seen it.
What about merchandise? Free stickers, purchasable apparel, stuff like that. That would raise awareness for sure. I'd slap a sticker on my truck and rock it.

You should try the sticker thing again. But don't just slap them around towns, that's vandalism for one, it looks bad on the site rep for two, and lastly, they will eventually get removed by a city worker and not attract any more site traffic.
I would put the growery logo on my truck for people to see on the road, on my bong for my friends to see when I'm smoking them out, and I would give a stack to my local grow shop for them to give out. Stickers can be a great way to catch eyes if their placement is appropriate. Location location location.
