Seedling leaves turning pale, white

Alright so there is something wrong with my little seedlings. The leaves are getting more pale as the days go by. They are approx. 2.5 weeks old. The tallest is around 2.5in tall. They are in Dixie cups currently. Soil is 75%jiffy mix seedling starter and 25% canna coco. I've been using tap water, watering when the top 2in of soil is dry and the cup in noticably lighter. I was overwatering and have since slowed down as of 5 days ago, looking at them now I could slow down more... A couple seem to be back to normal but others are still droopy. Giving enough water to have some run off. Not sure of the Ph, have yet to buy a tester. I just picked up dyna grow liquid grow(haven't used yet), Gen.Hydro floralicious 2-0.8-0.02 and rapid start 1-0.5-1( they were freebies and suggested by the guy at the store.) I haven't sprayed them with anything. They are under a mars hydro 300 LED total wattage is 140. The light was a foot and a half away but I moved it a few days ago to 22in away. My tent is 2x2x3. Keeping tent at about 74 during the day and it drops to about 65 at night. No insect activity. This is my first grow.
They seem noticeably more white in person. I have looked online at different places and was thinking it's copper deficiency can someone confirm or correct me?

Get your ph in check every time you give them a drink. Always have to do that first man. Get your ph test kit asap.
Those cups look pretty soggy and wet, let them dry up a bit so that cup is nice and light when you pick it up. And when they're ready for a drink again, don't over water, just give them enough to where that container will be light again in a few days. The medium needs to dry up a bit and those plants will start looking better.

pH testers are cheap. You can buy a pool one for under 15 dollars. I know magash uses them with good success. And he is what you could call a 'professional grower'. It is his career after all.

So I'm thinking the first 2 pics are a K and Mg deficiency or overdose.... Any ideas?

Fill this out. Will help us find out what going on?
Soil Growers: 1. Are you growing from seed or clones? 2. How old are your plants? 3. How tall are your plants? 4. What size containers are they planted in? 5. What is your soil mix? 6. How often do you water and what type of water do you use and how much you give per watering? 7. What is the pH of your water? 8. What kind of fertilizer do you use and what is its NPK ratio? 9. Do you foliar feed or spray your plants with anything? 10. What kind of lights do you use and how many watts combined? (HPS, MH, fluorescent, halogen, incandescent "plant lights") 11. How close are your lights to the plants? 12. What size is your grow space in square feet? 13. What is the temperature and humidity in your grow space? 14. What is the pH of the soil? 15. Have you noticed any insect activity in your grow space? 16. How much experience do you have growing?
Hydro Growers: 1. Are you growing from seed or clones? 2. How old are your plants? 3. How tall are your plants? 4. What type of hydro system are you using? 5. What brand/type of nutrients are you using? 6. What is the Ph of your nutrient solution? 7. What is the PPM/EC of your tap water? 8. What is the PPM/EC of your nutrient solution? 9. What is the temperature of your nutrient solution? 10. Does your PPM/EC show a rise or fall when you do your daily PPM check? 11. Does your pH show a rise or fall when you do your daily check? 12. Do you foliar feed or spray your plants with anything? 13. What kind of lights do you use and how many watts combined? (HPS, MH, fluorescent, halogen, incandescent "plant lights") 14. How close are your lights to the plants? 15. What size is your grow space in square feet? 16. What is the temperature and humidity in your grow space? 17. Almost everything is the same as my first post, but I have been adding 3 drops(calls for 5) of the floralicious to the dyna grow liquid grow per gallon of water, I moved them to 1 gallon pots of mostly canna coco coir, the temp is 82°f and humidity is 41%. Temps have stayed between 70-80 the last few days.
I watered and then left them alone for about 2-3 days because of work. I recently drilled some small drainage holes because they are retaining water more than they should have. I turned on the little fan I had in there and opened the vents and front a bit to get some better circulation. Again, this is my first grow. No insects. And no diseases...
