I see no deficiency.
What kind of soil are you using? How big of a container is it in, lights etc. There's actually a questionnaire at the top of this forum that would be really helpful when filled out

Stop watering. I guarantee that you are already over watering. In doing so you are drowning the roots.
They don't look like they really need anything but more light to be honest. Hold off on fertilizing, way to young at this point for that.
And ease way up on the watering

First soil I used with Organic Vigoro from Lowes..I still have an unopened bag of it. It was terrible lol my plants hated it. They barely grew in the stuff. PH is most likely the culprit of any problems you're seeing. Marijuana plants are extremely sensitive to PH values I've noticed. Proper PH is one of the most important things to maintain and it'll throw things off bad if it's messed up. Learn how to properly water by waiting until the top 1"-2" of the soil is dry. The plants use less water when they are small so you will have to water less than when they are big. It's easy to tell when your plants need watered just by picking them up and feeling the weight too..after a few times it'll be obvious when they need watered.

If there are gnats, get those yellow sticky cards and kill them!! Trust me once those fuckers lay eggs in the soil, with you watering as much as you are, they are going to be EVERYWHERE. I had a hell of a time getting rid of them I was battling them for months...that soil you're using doesn't help with that either I'm sure. Fuck those things!

Judging by your first pic even though people sayint they look good, my first thought was a microscopic mite such as broad mites .
Everyone everyonnnne is getting them.
they like the cold and you'll see them starting in late fall and likewise they hate heat...
first clue was the leaf curl and secondly the holes, extreme yellowing new growth...
I think those kinds of microscopic mites are more common than people know and they go unseen...

Fuck guys, I think solved the problem.. So I've only fed twice since the op. Only watered three times, one of those were the initial watering after transplanting in new soil. The second watering was done with a high alkalide PH (7.5-8.0), as would have al the watering prior to the third feeding which was on saturday.. Ready?
After realizing the necessity for a balanced and leveled Source of water, I went stupidly out to all the hardware stores and couldn't find anything that I thought would help me (soiltest, water ph test strips, etc); pool season is closed couldn't even get fucking ph strips at home-depot, the fuck? Anyways, I had this brilliant idea to go to the pet store and look down the aquarium aisle. Found my test strips. Along with what looked like the perfect solution. And it was relativly cheap.. Ph up in one bottle, ph down in another. "Finally, good water for the babies", if only they knew I never meant to hurt them. Anyways, its one of those kinda things where you look at the plant, and they look okay, but upon closer inspection you can literally see my Rookiness.
As for a solution to the issue at hand, I think I'll have to get some fox farm sledgehammer and flush the soil really really really good, let it dry a few days, then continue watering from here on out with distilled water from the stoe. (would a brita filter refresh the ph level in my tap water? Sounds like a retarded question tho)
The mites (if I indeed do have them) have been at bay, and that is to say no new holes in the leaves. And I took a friends advice of gently rubbing my thumb over the leaf to aid in removal.

Just following fox farm's feeding chart, Should I not be? These guys are at week 4 and we started around week 3.25.. And very very light amounts. I mean a tablespoon/gallon, about half what is recommended? Oyy.. School me.

It's measured in tsp/gallon not tbsp/gallon.
