reading the transmetropolitan graphic novels, preacher is next. I couldn't find black gas but I remember liking that. It wasn't a series just a single book.

More than 2100 days later, I invoke the powers of thread necromancy, in the name of continued forum activity, to bring back this thread into the realm of relevance.
And of course I'm reading the same author as I was in 2014 
Currently reading Nightfall by Asimov (the followup novel, not the original short story).
I'd also like to give a shout out to the book I just finished, Prince of Milk by exurb1a. It's a weird one, and the author is kind of a jackass (OK he's a full on jackass), but the book was pretty decent. Given that Lovecraft was an amazing author with a not-so-subtle problem with xenophobia and racism, I think I'm OK with giving exurb1a credit for his novel content, even if he is a shitty person. 
What's everyone else reading these days?

Nice resurrection!
Last book I read was the first book of the Powder Mage Trilogy, I wanted to read the next book but it's currently hiding somewhere in an unmarked cardboard box, in a basement full of unmarked cardboard boxes  .
Around the same time I also read "Leviathan Wakes", but encountered the same issue with the next book in the series.
