So I watched this video and a guy grows blueberry nd white widow he had 150 plants in 128 square feet (16x8)
anyways he ran 2 x 1000w hps on a light mover
thats 15.68 watts per square foot and the lights are basically a strobe light as if a huge cloud were moving between the plants and sun every minute, would that effect the plants have from the continuous shadow effect if any?
also do light movers really stretch your electricity use that much or is this grow over the top?
light movers are worthless, if you think about it you're reducing the amount of light the plants see every day. There will be a set amount of time that they're not receiving as much light compared to if the lights weren't moving.
Light movers are pointless, they may allow you to cover twice as many plants but given less light they'll only grow half as well making the whole thing pointless.
