What method are you going to use in the bleaching process? Hydrogen peroxide or sun bleaching are my preferred ways. Chlorine or bleach can damage the bones and leave them unnaturally white.

you know I thought about apple cider vinegar I would rather not use chemicals ,I did just pick up a jug of the %35 HP but on the other hand I like the sounds of your sun method!
would the sun whiten the antlers at all or would they keep there original color?

Sun bleaching gives it a nice, natural yellowed look and maintains the integrity of the bone/antlers. Chemical bleaching gives the bone an unnaturally whitened look, and can cause cracking if you're not careful. I'm sure you can find a few step-by-step videos on each process. Nice find, man!

it was a pretty good hour long hike over hills and rock cuts ,come across a beautiful waterfall and crossed a river ,have to say it was nice to find that head set out there because it kind of tells you nobody has been around and gives for a good memory .

Yes I know what I'm talking about I'll have my trusted identifier tag next week along with my moderator tag,  if these goddamn admits would get on there shit for once.

That's a quality mushroom though,  no doubt about that

Most of the Russula genus are not great edibles. Not poisonous but most are bitter and if edible, bland & tasteless.

Nice. I used to have a deer skull mounted on my bike downstem but it fell off. I've never found one with antlers still.

Of course it's happening inside your head.
Why should that mean it isn't real?
