i've tried in the past, did everything right too. i seem to have a black thumb, everything i touch dies.

but yes, growing your own is the best option. or at least knowing someone who grows and knows what they're doing.

Well i wouldn't go that far....When bud is cured and dried properly it will still be pretty damn gooey and sticky, but will still burn properly. It's only happened a few times but i hate it when i get "crispy weed", i go to break apart a nug and that shit just crumbles...A good nug (depending on the strain and the way the bud develops) should almost have a sticky squishy sponge feeling to it.

yeah it needs to be alittle wet...but i've gotten bud before that was so wet it started getting like moldy and shit it was disgusting, i couldnt even smoke it

Damn that's some shit...I have had some bud a few times where it is just so sticky and gooey that it would not burn in a blunt or joint. Good weed for bong bowls or vaping tho...It is usually a purp strain that's to gooey to burn.
