It will be interesting to see how it all plays out. I don't think either is gonna be a definitive winner cause they need to set up the next movie.
Also have to remember they are setting up two other movies with this one. The Wonder Woman movie comes out right after this one and so does the Justice League movie. Gonna be interesting how the other super heroes line up and who they line up behind. I'd imagine that the only way Batman could win is with the help of the others. May be why they made Superman the bad guy.
