First pair of true leave curling intensely upwards

I've noticed for the past few days that the first set of true leaves on one of my plants is curling intensely upwards and the leaves look lime green in color. The plant was potted the same time as two other plants that seem to be thriving. My only thought is this plant got over watered due to me trying to find a good place in my yard for sunlight and finding out later it was right in the patch of some sprinklers. I haven't watered today or most of yesterday and i'm trying to wait for the soil to dry out some more as the soil is really moist, not drenched and dripping, when I stick my finger about and inch deep. I really am stumped as to what could be going wrong because my other two plants are killing the game in the same soil - FFOF. Please take a look and give me any thoughts that may come to mind.
Thanks, That_Loud

Could be just a matter of a more sensitive pheno type. I would get it a shade screen.
What are your temps like lately?

I'm waiting for a grow tent so I can keep the temps controlled but until then I've been putting them outside and temps reach around 80-85 during the day and at night I bring them inside which is around 70

Well that should really be causing it. Probably just a sensitive phenotype, just let it go

I noticed that there is a little bit of stem rot underneath the soil. its minor but visible and i'm afraid that I might have over watered the plant too much. for the next few days I will not water as well as leave the brown ring on the stem exposed to air with the stem tied to a tooth pick in efforts to deter the rot and dry out the soil. I also used a pencil to poke holes deep in the soil in efforts to oxygenate it.

So if this isn't stem rot
What is this affliction and what should I do compensate

Interesting, that doesn't show up in the first picture. The most you can do for that one is keep it propped up and hope for the best. It's probably a goner by the looks of that though
