What method do you use and why? After germination how do you add seeds to soil?

fold up a paper towel, soak in cool water, put in a ziplock bag, and look back in 2 or 3 days. why do i do this? because it works. keep it in a cool place. you dont want to germinate seeds at a warm or hot temp. cooler temps during germination have a higher success rate of being female, from what i hear...
make a small hole in the soil with your finger or something, put the seedling in the soil, and push soil around it so its planted... dont cover the entire thing up with an inch of soil. just have a little covering it up, and it'll pop up through it in a day or so. dont make sure to give that spot in the soil where the seedling is just a little bit of water. not a lot.

I'm relatively new to growing, but this statement doesn't sound like it makes sense.

what part doesn't make sense?
unless cannabis seeds are feminized, a seed is a seed. its sex is not determined until germination. certain conditions can cause the sex to go one way or the other. cooler temps lean towards females and warmer temps lead to males.

Interesting, by anychance do u have any links to studies that back up that statement, im not saying tour full of it or anything just curious and interested into looking into factors that could help with higher female rate on reg seeds

I like the idea of this method but I've also seen people throw the seeds in a cup of water is there any advantages to this? I think I will use the wet napkin method but I was just wondering
